Ok Microsoft, I've gotten a suspended message 3 days in a row. Saying im suspended,but nothing happens, except it auto changes my gamer pic to a female 360 avatar, ive never seen before. So WTF Microsoft?

If there ever is a strike it'll wear off within a short period of time and account will cleanse the flag, as if nothing happends. 👍
The suspension isnt anything serious for this case, other than temporary inability to set a new picture. Aka a timeout for either an hour or a day. Its so the AI doesnt suffer mass validation and it would counter-feid DDoS, if that makes sense. They have to set limits how much you could've change account settings per day, so this is their approach
When you try to use a custom profile picture, the Xbox AI will determine wether or not it will comply with ToS or not. If your pfp didnt get approved the system asigns your account with a variety of default X360 Avatar Pictures/ or uses the last one that you manualy set on Xbox 360. That may explain "the woman". Its a glitch with the automated report system. It can't tell the difference between custom profile pictures so the AI flags it. Doesn't help when people abuse it.
