I truly don't believe I am posting this, but starting in April, Xbox will be discontinuing social clubs. It has been fun talking music in all these clubs and I plan on continuing to use Clubs until they disappear from Xbox. I will post a few more new Rock release posts before this happens.

I am going to see Foo Fighters with Queens of The Stone Age in August! Foo Fighters are one of my all time favorite bands so I look forward to finally seeing them in concert. I am a big fan of Dave Grohl and his other bands like Them Crooked Vultures and of course Nirvana.

Phil Campbell, Guitarist from Motorhead has passed away at Age 64. He also had his own band, Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons. He joined Motorhead in 1984 and stayed in the Band until Lemmy Kilmister passed away in 2015. Earlier this week, we lost Tommy DeCarlo, lead singer of Boston after Brad Delp passed in 2007.

I agree with Billy corgan from smashing pumpkins that there has been a plan to get rid of rock music. However there are massive headlines from major bands who are receiving bigger audiences and selling out arenas and stadiums in today's musical climate.
