At around 1:40am GMT Loyal Nocito was confirmed dead outside the maze bank west building with 2 heavy sniper rounds to the head and neck. Bystanders say they saw a man leave a card in the victims pocket linking him back to be part of the notorious Dubois crime family. We send our regards.
